Fire Chief -  Robert Withrow, 209-296-5122, rwithrow@lockwoodfire.org

Chief Withrow is a 30-year veteran of the fire service, spending most of his career with CAL FIRE, working his way up from Seasonal Firefighter to Assistant Chief. Most recently, he was responsible for CAL FIRE Operations in Amador County and Southern Sacramento County. Along with being a qualified Chief Fire Officer with the State of California, he has also served as the CAL FIRE Incident Commander on the Sacramento Regional Incident Management Team, and is an adjunct instructor with Columbia College and enjoys teaching fire service classes throughout the area. Chief Withrow is a 2006 Medal of Valor recipient from the California State Firefighters Association. His background and experience underscore his commitment to public service, which is second only to spending time with his wife of 30 years and their teenage daughter.
