Lockwood Fire Protection District
Board of Directors Position Opening

The Lockwood Fire Protection District has an opening for a Board
Director. This position term ends November 2024. The applicant must
be a registered voter and resident of the District served by the Lockwood
Fire Protection District. This is a volunteer position and generally requires
4-12 hours per month (or more) depending on your willingness to
contribute time and energy. The Board meets once a month on the 4th
Monday at 6:00 PM. The meetings usually last 1-2 hours. Roberts Rules of
Order and the Brown Act govern and regulate our meetings.

Letters must be received no later than April 9, 2024 to be considered
for appointment at the April 22, 2024 Board of Directors regular meeting.
All applicants are advised to attend the regular Board Meeting on
April 22, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Fire Station #151, 23141 Shake Ridge Road.
